Surprising a dog can be harder than one might think. Sometimes the surprises can go very wrong. This particular video captured an adorable Golden Retriever named Chandler’s birthday surprise by his owner and his other furry sibling, Gunther, going absolutely wrong. On April 6, the pet parent took to Instagram to share the funny video through the account @your.friend.chandler. The video has gained a lot of attention since then.

A cute and hilarious video on Instagram displayed how a birthday surprise for a Golden Retriever dog named Chandler failed in an epic way, as he didn’t like balloons. The video has captured the hearts of many on social media.

The post’s caption read, “Balloons were sent straight from the devil himself. *immediately NO*.” The dog owner continued, “Not sure what that says about Gunther since he actually enjoyed them.” The pet parent further added, “Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes! I had the best day!”

The Instagram video began by giving a close look at the Golden Retriever, Chandler’s furry sibling, Gunther, sitting on the floor among other soft toys with balloons attached. In the meantime, the text written over the clip read, “Set up a little birthday party for my dog and here’s how it went.”

As the clip went on, viewers saw the dog, Chandler, arrive for the birthday surprise. However, after seeing the balloons, he immediately left the spot. The balloons did not sit well with Chandler. However, his furry sibling, Gunther, liked them a lot. The video will bring a smile to anyone’s face.

In the comments section, one fan wrote, “Oh no! Poor Chandler ! At least Gunther was cool about it! Happy birthday Chandler!!” “Too funny. Happy birthday buddy,” added another admirer.
