A heart-melting video on Instagram displayed a Goldendoodle dog named Luca showering his human mom with comfort and love after realizing she was about to cry. The video has been winning hearts on social media as people are in love with the fur baby’s gentle and caring nature. In the caption of the video, the pet parent wrote, “Dogs always know.”

The Instagram video began by giving a closer look at the dog mom and Luca, her Goldendoodle, right by each other’s side. The pet parent was working with a photo frame at that moment. Meanwhile, the fur baby was looking straight into his mom’s eyes as he could sense that her human parent was feeling sad and was about to break down. In the meantime, the text written over the clip read, “My dog knew I was going to cry before I did.”

As the video went on, viewers could see Luca giving an affectionate hug to her mom as she broke into tears. In that emotional moment, the dog comforted his mom. The text further read, “I keep telling him I’m okay, but he knows I’m not.” The dog also went on to give affectionate little kisses to his mom to make her feel better. The video will melt anyone’s heart. “What a beautiful soul,” wrote an admirer in the comments section.
