This mama shelter dog is now taking things slow; however, her heart remains as big as ever, and she has not lost her shine or positivity. The video was shared by @boroughbredinbrooklyn on Instagram. It features a dog named Bentley, who, according to the caregiver, is being kept in the admissions office due to overcrowding.

The caregiver shared that Bentley had her whole heart the moment she laid eyes on her. The dog has now been given a calmer environment away from the noise of the kennels, where she can enjoy peace.

This mama shelter dog is too sweet to ignore and is still waiting to find a forever home. The video features a dog named Bentley, who is described as one of the sweetest dogs ever. The dog was kept in the shelter’s admissions office due to overcrowding. The caption mentioned that she was snoozing in her crate when the caregiver arrived.

The fur baby has arthritis, which has slowed her movements. Hence, she is only taken for short strolls. Still, she tries her best, taking breaks in busy areas and walking at her own pace. The caregiver also gently encourages her and manages the walks with care. After returning from the walk, Bentley relaxes on the cool tile floor and enjoys the comfort of familiar spaces and time spent with the caregiver.

The post further mentioned that the dog is beginner-friendly and a gentle companion who needs nothing but love and affection. She also did well in her previous home with strangers, dogs, and even children. The only thing is that she would prefer a cat-free environment. The caregiver added that she hopes Bentley gets out of the shelter soon and finds a family where she can be loved and cherished.
