A heartbreaking video on Instagram shows a shelter dog named Labubu hiding under her bed in fear after seeing a human visiting her kennel. The video has captured the hearts of many on the internet. The caption of the post reads, “This poor girl, she’s estimated to be just 2 years old.” It continues, “And no one came for her. She seems to like other dogs and no info on cats.” It further reads, “She walks on leash but is still pretty shy. She would love a foster or adoption home.” The caption also reveals, “Labubu is at Maui humane society.” It finishes by saying, “Come meet her or fill out the adoption interest form for adoption interest outside of Maui.”

The Instagram video starts by giving viewers a look at Labubu’s kennel. The text written over the clip reads, “I walked by a kennel today.” As the video goes on, viewers can see the fur baby hiding under her kennel bed. Only her little tail can be seen at first; however, she is wagging her tail. The text then reads, “and all I saw was a tail.”

As the human who was visiting the dog’s kennel tried to get a good look, they witnessed the fur baby’s little face from under the bed. She was in a state of fear, afraid to come out and greet the visitor. The volunteer then gently took her out for a walk.
